What's up, dudes!
Boy, this was such a year! I'm not saying that it was good or bad. It was kind of like… there, I think?
Anyway, 2020 is coming. And I hope that you guys have made your resolutions or plans for the new year if you're a person who likes making plans. As for me, well, I made my own plans for 2020, all related to art. I can't promise I will do all that due that I have a job from 9 to 6 and probably I will stay there for a while, but this 2020, I will do as much as I can despite this tight schedule. But, I'm not only making plans but also changing my way of work in art. I have made a list of my resolutions/plans, so let me summarized this in parts. For starting:
Stick in one theme
I mentioned this in one of my previews posts. I realized that I was becoming like a jack-of-all-trades or jack-of-all-themes in my case. Saying this because I was moving from one theme to another and never stay in one and it was becoming a bad habit. So, from now on, I'm sticking in one theme. I'm doing sexy, ecchi and NSFW art and fan art. Speaking of fan art…
My Little Pony fan arts
You guys know that I love the Equestria Girls universe and I made a lot of fan arts of that fandom. My favorite characters are still Fluttershy, Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle, Sonata Dusk and Adagio Dazzle. But, now that My Little Pony is over, and I don't see that Hasbro is going to make new Equestria Girls episodes at anytime soon, the fandom will probably get cold for next year until the new MLP movie and the next generation appeared (that is 2020 and 2021).
Now, I'm not saying that I will stop making MLPEG fan art. I will do, I will still draw fan arts of my lovely girls like Fluttershy and Sunset Shimmer. But, it will probably not going to be my main thing at this point. Which is here comes my next point.
More fan arts
You know, even that I love doing Equestria Girls fan art, I always wanted to draw fan arts of my other favorite shows. Like Regular Show (CJ is my favorite girl), Adventure Time (haven't drawn Fionna in ages), Star vs the Forces of Evil (I got some naughty ideas with two characters, but not with Star, not Jackie… Jenna, probably), Scooby Doo The Mystery Inc series (I got a thing with Scooby even more after watched the new trailer of Scooby-Doo), The Loud Family... I know there are more shows that are my favorites and want them to draw, but this is what I have in mind so far.
Also, not only I'll make fan arts of cartoons, but also of my favorite artist from DeviantArt, so if you are from that site and you're reading this, get ready to get a surprise fan art!
Fan-arts about Anime and Manga I will also do. It's been ages that I haven't drawn a Bleach fan art of my two lovely girls like Orihime, Rangiku, and Yoruichi. Or some of my old school animes like Dragon Ball, Sailormoon, Kill La Kill, just to mention some.
And now that I bought a new Ipad (which it will arrive at my house in January) I can make digital art outside of my house.
So, long story short, I will diversify my fan art section with other shows and artists. However, I will not spend the whole of 2020 making only fan arts, but also draw my own art. And here comes my next point.
Original art and art challenges
Inktober will always be my favorite art challenge. But, there are other art challenges besides the Inktober that I always wanted to try out. Inktober will always be my main art challenge because inking is one of my favorite art media ever since I studied in the López & Acosta Comic School in Caracas (that school doesn't exist anymore, the economic crisis made by the dead man [Chavez] took away) and it is still fun.
There are some art challenges that I always wanted to try out like those 15 or so art style challenges that I see on YouTube or the "30 days of something-sona challenge", Huevember, just to mention some.
However, making fan arts and doing art challenges will not be my main goal for the new year. In 2020, I want to make more original art, whether made digitally or traditionally.
Every time I hear an artist about doing your own project it stresses me out when I think about it. It makes me feel that I should be doing my own stuff. And I have a lot of art traditional material in my newly established studio and I want to use all of that. Probably gonna do some practices in watercolors, gouache, acrylics, inks, and markers and do finished arts made by these media.
But, the main thing that I will focus more on this year 2020 is…
Now this will probably be the main thing that I will do next year. More than fan arts or original arts, I want to make comics like one of my favorite artists in deviant art jollyjack.
If you are following Sneedham's account, my partner and creator of the Quickstrike series, we are going to make a new comic. I can't tell anything about that (I'm not going to spoil anything), but it will be something that I love to make.
However, in 2020, I want to make my own comics. I want to make parodies if my favorite shows like Avatar the Last Airbender. I made some sketches of two characters and a long time ago, I made some storyboards of my parodies.
Now, you guys are not gonna like this, but…
I know some of you don't like this word because you' re expecting me to draw something for you for free, right? Well, guess what? THAT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN. NEVER.
Dudes, look, I got bills to pay. I'm the one who is paying my parent's house, now. And I'm trying to stretch my accounts in dollars as much as I can.
That's why there are sites that help artists like me to make their career as a living. Websites like Patreon. Do you guys know that I have a Patreon? If you like my art and want to support me by one dollar a month, support me on Patreon.
And talking about Patreon…
Patreon changes (?)
Don't panic and don't get scared! I'm not gonna change my whole Patreon page… yet…
But, I probably do going to add a new Tier for my page. And that is a Tier for commissions. However, this is only if you don't mind to wait the next month to get your art. This is a work in progress for now.
But, don't think that I'm a greedy person. Besides, sometimes, I can be generous. So, I will do it for next year…
Art raffles and free art give away
Yep, there will be times that I'll feel generous and want to give free art or make your art for free. BUT, only for the lucky person, this is why it is a raffle.
So, next year, I will (probably) do some art raffles for free art that I will announce on my Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
And so that's it. Like I said before, I can't promise to do all because of my tight schedule from my job, but I will try to take all the time I need to do the things I want to do.
I hope 2020 will be a better year for everyone. And I got faith that the new year will be better for me as an artist.

You all are going to be very busy on Christmas Day, so without taking your time, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and have a wonderful day!
Oh, btw, I changed my Santa Girl for this year to look more cute and more according to the Holiday season. So, introducing my redesigned X-Mas OC, Rosaline!
I wanted to draw her, not so very chubby, but cute and sexy! And changed her color hair. It was really hard for me to draw fat chubby characters, but not the first time. I made another one for the Carnival season.
Anyway, there you go!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
And I giving a high resolution of this art as an attachment file in a post of my Patreon page to all my patrons and followers. Thank you so much for your support during 2019, I really appreciate it.
So, go and check out the post here!
What's up, dudes!
Oh man, I forgot to post this! Alright here is the finished art of the Pie sisters (Maud, Pinkie, Marble, and Limestone) in her human versions.
Since we're in the Holiday seasons, I gonna give for free a high-resolution version of this fan art on my Patreon page. Also, there's a nude version of this fan art (patrons only). So enjoy!
If you like my art, support me on Patreon!
Next, I'll post the nude version of this fanart.
In this post, I'm just here to bent out some feelings I have in my mind. Probably my ideas are not very clear when you write with your feelings instead of with your rational side. So, you can stop reading here if you don't want to read my nonsense babbling.
I checked out some videos on YouTube and read some old blog posts from art sites about portfolios and what is artistic consistency and how to make an artistic website that makes sense in your gallery section, or in some cases, being consistence in what you make. For example, if your theme is about dogs and cats, make arts about dogs and cats. If your theme is about sunflowers, make art about sunflowers. Or in the case of comic or manga, if you make a comic about comedy, make an art style that fits according to this genre and stick with that way.
But, in my case, I realized that, when it comes to creating art, I've been a jack-of-all-trades or jack-of-all-themes. I mean, I know I made arts for different themes, but never stick in one in particular.
In the past, after I graduated from university, I had the belief that making a portfolio with all the things that I made so far, as a graphic designer and artist, would get me to get a job in the graphic industry. And I mean, everything: from everything I made in graphic design during my university years to my personal manga arts. But, after some time, I realized that that was a terrible idea because I was confusing the companies that I wanted to work with. I didn't put the main idea of my portfolio.
Then, I made two portfolios, one for graphic design and the other for arts and illustration, to show them to the companies were they hiring a graphic designer. And, if I didn't get the job, I told them that at least I was open for freelance illustrator. But all the companies always said to me that they were fine and they did not need an artist, which made me panic at that time. So it didn't work that way (well, most of the time). So in the end, I ended up making a portfolio mainly graphic design and the rest is history.
Well, the point is that I was "wandering" without knowing where am I going; or what do I really want. And I think that I still have some of that problem.
For example, in the last Inktober (2019), I started to think that maybe the theme I choose wasn't the one I wanted to make. Okay, maybe it was a big mistake, but, looking at the bright side, the Inktober gave me new habits for drawing, it gave me an excuse to practice with the inks and experiment a new theme, that is villains from shows, movies and cartoons from the past and present.
You may wonder, if I realized that that prompt list was a mistake, why did you do it in the first place? Well, it's because I'm grateful to Zombiexquisito, the team that made that prompt list of Zombiexquisitober; I'm grateful for giving me a chance to show my art in a small exposition of sci-fi art in 2017.
However, next year, if they're going to make another Zombiexquisitober, I am not going to participate with them next year. I will choose another prompt list for Inktober 2020.
So, was Zombiexquitober was a waste of time? Well, yes and no. Yes, because I should have made the inktober in another way; and no because I learned a lot with my inking tools.
Alright, enough of this. The point is that from now on I will stick in one theme. And my favorite theme is drawing sexy girls, erotic or ecchi art, NSFW and hentai stuff (those two last ones, I can only show them in my Pixiv and Hentai Foundry accounts). I love drawing sexy characters. That's my stuff.
So, next year ( or starting now) you will see this place full of sexy stuff.
In this post, I'm just here to bend out some feelings I have in my mind. Probably my ideas are not very clear when you write with your feelings instead with your rational side. So, you can stop reading here if you don't want to read my nonsense babbling.
Most professional artists always say that you must enjoy the process, not the results, when you start to work on an art. I agree with this statement. But, most of the time, and like every one, I forget this statement.
Sometimes… well, most of the time… I forget to take things more camly and enjoy the journey of making art. But, I get so busy with my duties in real life that I don't have time to have a pleasure time for myself. Deadlines, job, chores with my family, Patreon, freelance work, all these things get me so stress out that I can't enjoy my artistic life.
I know it is important to have something to do, but you need to set your time to be with yourself and your art. To take things in your own pace and enjoy your process to make art.
One step at a time, one thing at a time.
I'll upload the complete NSFW video of this speed paint on my Patreon page.
I know is very, VERY late for this. I wanted to show it, but I forgot to do it.
(By the way, my birthday was November 22th)
Anyway, this is a gift that one of my patrons gave it to me as a gift and it made my B-Day and put a smile on my face.
I don't know if it is right to say its name. I mean, most of the people I met don’t want to show their names when it comes to things like it. So, to my patron who gave me this funny and cute art, I just want to say Thank you! I really appreciate it! :D
